Hi, hello my names Ashley Afdahl and I'm a 23 year old girl based in Arizona with a love for adrenaline, horsepower and competition. I fell in love with the sport of racing at a very young age and ever since the first time i saw 900 HP Winged Sprint Car fly by me at Manzanita Speedway I knew it was something I wanted to be apart of. I remember vividly as a very young girl how male dominated the sport was. Since then I have never looked back on making my life goal.
I started racing dirt karts when I was 17 years old and ran them for a few years until I had the opportunity to move up to micro sprints. I am currently in my second year in a micro and was able to finish my rookie year 15 in points, along with most improved driver. This year its time to channel my inner piranha and sling some more dirt.
